today I changed my starter and put it all back together started right up but now it will not reverse it will go anywherebut I can put into drive and moves the d on dash is blinking and says check transmission pushed it out of drive way and drove around the block revers lights stay on while driving and wont shift every thing worked perfect before the starter change

Did you ever find the solution to it?? I have the same exact problem!!
