Welcome to the Attack the Dragon event! Officially, ATD X, will be our 10th installment of our grass roots car meet. Support has grown and continues to grow, and we appreciate everyone who makes the trip! Lets continue to grow and make this the best event yet! We are wanting this year to be the biggest in our 10 year history.
We are planning for ATD X to be a two day event. The official schedule of events has been posted on our website and social media platforms. We have gotten several sponsors for our event and appreciate them greatly for their partnership and contributions. Sponsor information can be found on our website and social media platforms.
The Tail of the Dragon is a section of US 129 a public highway. In the 11miles deemed "Tail of the Dragon" there are 318 turns. We gather as do many other groups throughout the year to enjoy the drive. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. You can expect to see local and state police while out there. If they don’t catch you, we will gladly ask you to leave.

We will be offering lanyards and decals at the meet. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted.
Lodging rates with Fontana Village Resort have been finalized. These rates require a 2 night minimum. Call 828-498-2211 and be sure to say you are with “Attack the Dragon 2017” when you make a reservation. This will get you the group rate but also place you near everyone in our group. Be sure to reserve before the deadline, an extension will not be provided this year. Call 828-498-2154 to make your reservation.

1 Bedroom Willow Cabin – $119
2 Bedroom/1 Bath Hemlock Cabin – $149
2 Bedroom/2 Bath Azalea Cabin w/ fireplace and whirlpool – $219
3 Bedroom/2 Bath Azalea Cabin – $239
Reservation cutoff date: August 6, 2017.
Any reservations made after the cutoff date will not get the group discount.
