18's or 19's

What's up guys. I have the TSX in carbon gray, and im gonna put some chromes on it, cause i love how chrome looks against a dark color (even though lots of people are against chrome) Im not sure if i should get 18's or 19's. With the 19's, using a tire size of like 225/35/19, how many miles do you think you can get out of those tires since they are such a small profile?? thanks
