I've got the same setup mate, 18x9.5 ET30, I am running on 235/40/18 tyres and they are fine with a roll/pull and camber on the front. You will need a Ingalls camber & toe kit for the rear if you plan on slamming it like me, as I am getting scrubbing at the moment.

Before the roll and pull, couldn't lower the jack all the way.
This is the rears after the roll and pull.
However, the fronts needed camber desperately, pretty much touching even after the roll and pull.
Once you put camber on...
Obviously, all this is for 235/40/18, so you will probably be fine with 215/40/18 on there. I didn't want such an aggressive stretch though.
