Hi folks,
some time ago my car started making on/off vibrations and noise when standing on idle. Noticable when standing on red light for example.
It vibrates for 6-7 seconds, then 20s nothing, then starts vibrating again and like this forever.
I noticed the vibrations start/stop at the same time as the passenger side cooling fan starts/stops spinning. Blades on both fans look visually ok and some shop said the fans/bearings look ok and that it might be the mounting of the radiator or something.
Also I think on hot days it will vibrate for longer periods, like 20s vibration followed by 20s no vibrations.

About a month ago I realized it's only with A/C on (which I had on all the time) and stopped using it and the problem seemed to go away.
So I order an a/c fluid refill repair job hoping it might just be a low fluid level causing the compressor not lubricated properly and vibrating. But actually on my way to the a/c repair shop I noticed it still does vibrate in the same pattern, but vibrates a lot less even with a/c off. But it's not as bad.
They refilled it and said it was indeed quite low (I think they said there should have been 475grams of the fluid and I had just 175g)

Now after refill with a/c on it does still vibrate but it's not as bad. Someone might not even notice it, but when focusing on it you can hear and feel it.

So still not sure if it's a/c related or not. The refill seems to make it vibrate less, but at the same time it still vibrates even with a/c off.

I've read lot of stories of the gen1 tsx having a/c compressor exploding and the job needing new a/c compressor, lines, evaporator, clutch as if something bad happens the whole system is contaminated with debris.

Another vibration related threads point to engine mounts or also the chain (guess only chain is on the cams)

My car is European 2009 2.4L CU2 so TSX base in U.S. with manual trans and 128k miles (207k km)
Oil and oil filter was changed recently.
Belt+tensioner I am not sure when it was changed but I know it was checked after small accident in 2018 the car had. The car was maintained in Honda/Acura dealership only for the first 100k miles until that accident after which I got it so I assume it was done according to maintenance schedule before. I use general repair shop for small maintenance like oil changes (5-7k miles), only sometimes I go to dealer or specialist shop if I have some issue. It's a family car from new so I know it was serviced properly before I got it.

Any advice, anyone had issue like this and was able to find the cause?
Thanks

It sounds like a minuscule vibration from how you are describing it. Since your AC system has been gone over for the most part i don't think its the only thing at fault here.

Engine mounts can be a big culprit for vibration. The fluid filled and vacuum assisted passenger and front mounts can go bad prematurely ive seen.
