2004-2005 tsx ecu and immobilizer problem

Ok so I have a 6 speed 2004 tsx with the stock ecu but I have a immobilizer from another 2004 tsx and a blank key how could I get them paired up? I haven’t drove the car in 7 months because of this issue.

Or get access to a good scanner such as Autel, Snap-On etc and you can do it all yourself. YouTube has plenty of video on this.
