Hey guys just got an 04 tsx but i want to get an aftermaket radio that has apple car play or just a good one overall , mine has the whole big navigation system screen which is annoying so idk if thats a problem when getting an aftermarket radio to install it, but any recommendations from you guy can help

The stereo is integrated with the HVAC controls. You're going to need to replace the entire center control panel, including the HVAC panel with an aftermarket unit which has a standard stereo slot. Details in other threads.
