I recently picked up this 2004 tsx with a navigation system without the actual navigation disc . I know I can easily get the cd off ebay but the question I really wanted to ask is if I can buy the newer model navigation disc so my maps would be more accurate ?

Yea you can buy the newest year orange disk I believe from acura and it will have the most updated maps...if that's what you're asking lol

i believe it's acuranavi.com i purchased my new map a month ago but i had to wait a couple of weeks it was on back order.
