Hey guys I have a 2006 Acura tsx and the famous vsa light was turning on in my car fairly often and I told one of my buddies and he said he knew how to delete it since I scanned my car with a snap on versus pro d10 at my job and I had no codes. So he tells me he’s going to use a wire going from pin 4 to pin 9 on the obd port and then he would be able to delete it, well this idiot ended up wiring pin 4 to pin 16 and now my car isn’t starting I don’t know where to start and id appreciate any help, thank you.

Check all the relevant fuses, hopefully that's all it is. Both under the hood and by the driver's left foot near the hood latch.

Otherwise, yeah might have fried the ECU. Probably not hard to replace, but I'm sure they're expensive. If you want to look for a used one, do some research... might need an exact match for your year and emissions status.
