rattling noise coming from engine at load between 2 and 3 k rpm. I replaced the fuel injectors but still have the same issue. does anyone have similar issue? the engine has 53k Miles on it.

You should remove the belt to rule out those components.
Definitely not injectors.
Possibly timing chain related but mileage wise it seems far to early for anything like that but it’s not impossible..

And you can also try using a mechanic's stethoscope to further pinpoint where the noise is coming from. It's a very effective tool for such an issue.

Are you using premium gas? Sounds like it might be detonation noise.
