just got new tires was wondering can i use them on 18x8.5 or 18x9? and also do i need to roll fenders. does it effect the ride quality in a negative way with 18x9s or 9.5 streched.? also i would need atleast +45 offset to clear brembo calipers?

45 offset should be fine. A slight roll of the fronts may be needed..

You mention 18x9 but then later say 18x9.5. 18x9 +45 will work without roll. Just run some neg camber in the rear and tuck liners up front. 18x9.5 on the other hand, will require a roll in the rear...
