After Reading all the threads I am starting to Feel that the 250 whp I am trying to make is easily achievable

I still need
RRC Intake manifold
Comptech Air Box

I already have Hondata Intake Gasket
Weapon R header with Straight pipe
FlashPro
Samco Intake Tube

I have a Stock Exhaust
but I want to get a Vibrant exhaust or Megan Racing.
I know someone selling a SRS exhaust from Ebay but I have not found anyone that can comment on quality and Fitment
Also Found someone selling a Greedy Evo 2 but I think it might be to loud for my taste on a Daily I actually have a 3in Apexi N1 and same thing just dont want anything loud.

I disabled my 2nd o2 sensor with the flashpro so Im not worried about the cat
But I would like to have them Tune with and without it so I can go in and out of Inspection without a hitch. I will save the Tables to change it as needed.

Anyone think I can make the power with the list of Mods I put up? Does anyone know of a good Flash Pro Tuner in Northern NJ?

Thanks Danny lol I searched and read Tons of Stuff but I guess I was to specific in what i was asking thats why the results were not what I wanted.

And These Guys All opened there motors I'm talking about 250 WHP with nothing but the bolt ons I listed and the STOCK motor. I think it can be done because the 07-08 motors were the best Honda has built since the 00 Type R and not to mention the 1st gen S2k

And Right now my motor is 100% stock being that i have an 08 I know I have a little more Horse power than Some of the older TSX motors having larger intake valves and larger TB you know all the little things. There is a shop local to here that has a dyna pack Dyno it not exact but it will do. I will use it to get a baseline than when I get my intake manifold Ill find someone that can tune the Flash Pro and Dyno new results.

tottenham didnt open his motor.that guide if for N/A which your doing (me too only i dont have FP)
get the RRC +j35 TB although i think with 08 your at same size. get your VTC machined or pinned to 45degrees (machined might be better per littlebo who says that 5gram can make a difference) or just get an RRC VTC. then your good yes with what you have you should be at 220-240.

if you're in jersey, head over to xenocron tuning. chris is the tuner there. great guy. he's a teacher for efi university as well.

Thanks dude I will check him out I actually heard of the shop before and was also recommended in the past for my Turbo Civic HB.

I belive my 08 is the same T/B. I just read a write up kid mad +40 HP with just a dam Weapon R header and test pipe! so im sure with everything I have I will be good. The funny part is after reading his write up and seeing his dyno charts I could only imagine I might be able to make around 258 with the parts list I set for myself.

+40HP only with a headers, I seriously doubt it... 10-15WHP is beleivable. Everything comes down to the Dyno calibration and correction factor...as for the TB, I beleive 06+ TSX has a non tapered 64mm throttle body, so the J35 as the inlet a little bigger from 68 to 64, you got a nice venturi effect and it not only icreases power but, also torque at low revs. If you plan on bigger cams and ungraded valvetrain, you might want to have a slightly bigger, let's say a ZDX or TL SH-AWD throttle body.

My bad I meant to say +20 and with the RRC intake Manifold I would assume about 15 and the comptech Icebox and the CRV VTC Tuning it all together I think 250 is very acheiveable

^^This is ricer math.

Also, you are missing a significant detail in that Weapon-R header thread. Re-read it plus read all the other links in this thread.

A stock 06-08 TSX with a 6 speed manual will do about 170-180 WHP. An automatic, will do slightly less and is much slower in the real world.
170-180 WHP is a long way from 250WHP with just bolt ons and and ECU tuning.

valve train upgrade stage 2 blueprint or Brian Crower cams ,I/H/E, Flashpro, Intake , Big Throttle Body will net you about 220

Yea I thought I would've hit 300whp with my setup and first fell 37whp short. I revised my setup but still fell short by 25whp. To make 300whp N/A I think I need some head work and/or another bump up in compression. 250whp is hard to achieve with just bolt-ons without stage 2 cams, ect. I'm done chasing numbers.. just want a quick street car, which it is.

i installed 12.5 cp pistons and now im regretting it. just wasn't enough to satisfy me , now I'm thinking about lowering the compression so i can run supercharger.

I laugh at guys like you because I have seen 04-05 k20 with an AEM a ported intake 410CC injectors and headers pull 239WHP I didnt say I was going to do it I asked is it achevable smh

Everyone takes things so literal just so you know I have a 490whp TurboCivic and my block doesn't even have sleeves anything can be done with the right parts and I have read people who have tore their entire motor apart cams vtc pistons and all and still only average meager numbers. Thier is a formula out there Im just trying to put it together. And as I put to gether this list back in April you might want to look up K_A_N_O he used everypart I described minus the T/B i did not put that and look at his power SMH.

KANO only pulled around 220-ish whp, right? (258 bhp-I think that's what he wrote)

I've got a 07 6mt. I've got a stack of parts and I'm hoping to only be around 210-230whp range, realistically.

Injen CAI
RRC intake manifold
J35 TB
CT-E header
RBC 50* VTC
RRC crank pulley
Thermal gaskets
RDX injectors
Flashpro

I'm pretty sure I'd have to crack her open and upgrade cams/valve train to see 250whp.

With all that said, Im not chasing numbers at all. Handling, braking, throttle response is all I care about.

Im not disagreeing with you id rather have a total package as opposed to just massive power and the car cant stop or handles like shit. but I left my friends shop "HiBoost" in jersey city and he said that 235 to 240 is easily done with the 06-08 TSX with the parts I described. he agrees everymotor is diffrent to some do make a lille more power than others he said that headers on the TSX like the Weapon R and the PLM are good but not as good as the Toda and Higher end. He also reminded me that numbers I'm looking at are EG with no power steering and no AC so we have to account for our luxury. Cams with a Flash Pro would be essential. He also showed me someone in the shop with a 150 shot of Nitrous ans they have been shooting on the block regularly for a year lol. so if all else fails get a 75 shot! lol I still want to do a Supercharger in the longrun.
