Lately my 2nd gear has grinded once in awhile when shifting quickly and today it did 3 straight times!

Im also positive my foot was all the way down on the clutch. It seems as if it's more so at 3+K RPMs.

I have an 04 with 83K.

I've never grinded any other gear when shifting quickly so im starting to think something may be up.

Roughly 1 year ago I noticed a 2nd gear grind when shifting quickly 1-2 at redline (roughly 105k). So then early this past summer I changed the tranny fluid to AMSoil manual fluid and notice slightly less effort needed while doing casual shifting. The shifter seemed to move into each shift gate a little bit smoother. Now coincidentally since then I've added a Reflash and CTicebox and have done a LOT more 1-2 redline shifts at the higher redline and have had 0 grinds going 1-2! It's not conclusive evidence but changing the fluid. Is relatively cheap and couldn't hurt anything.

So just change the tranny fluid or should I bring it to a mechanic?

Im think I might have my friend who is more experienced driving stick test it...im also positive my foot is all the way down on clutch, so im guessing somethings up.
