My final decision on what to buy was between the 9-3 and TSX. Keep in mind that I like the 9-3 and really don't have any knocks on it. Here are the factors that made me decide on the TSX:
-Resale history is better for Acura
-Reliability history is better for Acura
- The TSX was better equipped. Adding the options that are standard on the Acura to the Saab made the 9-3 considerably more expensive
- I liked the interior of the TSX better
- The TSX just "felt right" to me.

What I liked about the 9-3
-Exterior styling
-Plenty of headroom
-Plenty of torque

I to drove a 9-3 vector. I liked the car alot. I then drove the tsx. It just fit me like a glove. Also it helped that there are more acura dealers than Saab dealers in tx

For me, the choice came down to a Saab 9-3 and an Acura TSX as well. I test drove a blue Saab 9-3 linear and liked it a lot. I thought it was smooth and damn sexy. But I noticed that the sound system was definately lacking and the interior was kind of bland. Also I have pretty big feet, (you know what they say..) and when I would take my foot off of the accelerator it would hit the plastic that was next to it. That bothered me to no end. I have also heard that saabs have a history of breaking down and being a pain to get fixed. I test drove the acura later that week and everything kinda seemed to fall in to place. Just curious Cojoroh... have you had any problems with your 9-3 to date.
