My previous car was a 2004 maxima SE with 18". I've never scraped a wheel in my life. And I just purchased a TSX SE in march and I've managed to scrape 3 of 4 wheels?? Now this could just be me being dumb but after looking at the tires, it's like they put the narrowest tires they could on our cars...leaving the edge of the wheel completely exposed. Anyone upgrade to a wider tire to protect their wheels?? If so, recommendations?

**also if anyone knows of a good wheel repair guy in Pittsburgh, let me know cause I want to puke every time I look at my car!

I think they chose tires that would give the best balance between gas mileage and performance. Plus the wheel is only 7" so it's not like they would put a 235 on it.

sorry man but you cant blame acura for you curbing your wheels because they choose a tyre that compensates for performance and economy

The second Gen wheel is 7.5" wide. 225 tires.
