Just like the title, I am going to buy a used full set of brake rotors. They are slotted stoptech, and I am wondering how I should check on these stuff when I buy them.

Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm not too sure if that's a good idea. Take spec measurements to see if there is enough material left. What I would be worried about is if they are warped then you are out of luck. Since they are slotted you will not be able to eek any more extra life out of them by having them turned.

If you are low on cash, get Centric rotors from tirerack. They are very affordable and good rotors.

If you want slotted rotors, just keep saving and get a new set.

Dont but used. I just bought full F&R set of drilled rotors, powder coated in the cooling veins and around the hub complete with ceramic pads (F&R) for $215 (ebay) and they are perfect and look amazing.
Why buy used???
