What is the performance increase? Any good?

i sense a little loss in the low end range..but once it gets to 3500rpm i do feel a little boost of power. well worth it imo:)

Yes indeed, its known for the best performance increase out of all the other bolt on mods for our car. And is reasonably cheap too, does add alot of sound, sounds kinda like a deep roar with some whistling when vtec kicks in. Right when i put mine one my car, i was amazed by it and was really glad id got it.

Phase... We need to get an avatar contest poll going :idea:

Thanks ya'll. The cheapest I've see an Injen CAI is around $230...sound about right?

Also, there was a lot of talk on another board about a turbo charger for the TSX. Would you get one...would it be worth the $3-4K? Does it destroy your engine if it's an everyday driver? Obsiviously it would be awhile considering there isn't one made yet and the big $$$$. Just a thought for the future possibly. BTW took it to the track last Friday. Ran 16.3 1/4 mile. Not too great. Definitly needs a little boost IMO.

i mentioned this in another. The main things to consider with FI cars...awareness and maintenance. These will prevent you from "destroying" your engine. Also, staying in constant boost will shorten the life span of the turbo. As a daily driver, it'll be decent, though stop and go traffic might be a little annoying with turbo lag.
