Anyone know him or know if he's on the board? and whats with the Yellow tinted headlights?

look to the left of the Vitz (echo hatch) it's the blue TSX with the phase bumper spotted in vancouver

actually it's an alberta plate, so thats why i siad "Canadian" not BC
