My '04 Accord Euro has 66mm caps standard. I would imagine the early TSX with 16" wheels would be the same?
Are any Acura center caps 66mm diameter?

tsx never came with 16" wheels in the USA

I have a 05 Tsx. My stock center caps popped into my Enkei wheels perfect.

The stock caps are 68mm and the caps that come with these are 66.
