Hi, I recently bought an '04 TSX with 79,000 miles on it. The guy prior to me had the automatic transmission fluid changed at about 30k, and the dealer did it once again before I bought it. I didnt notice this during the test drive but now I notice a minor gap between 1st and 2nd. The transmission disengages 1st, the rpm goes up hardly at all or about 150 rpm (depending on the amount of acceleration) and then engages 2nd. This happens in both drive and the manual drive modes. All other gears switch flawlessly. Any ideas on what this could be? does anyone else notice this happening?

probably a classic drive by wire symptom.

meaning it is normal.

Its normal... Getting a reflash or K-Pro fixes that problem...
