I have a ballast with a plug that was broken off, I am trying to repair it so i have a few questions.

How do i take it apart ( i already opened up the case and unscrewed all screws but the board is still stuck?)

There are just 2 little pins on the bottom of the hole, are those the connectors and if so could i just attach terminals( not sure if thats the word to us) to those and it will work?

I don't think you are suppose to open the ballast. Once you open them they get ruined. Your best bet is to get a new ballast. Check with the partout guys in the classifieds section, they can probably get you one for a good price. Make sure its an 04-05 as the 06-08 ballast is different.
