Whats the difference between the regular and the extreme kit? Rates are for sure 10/5?

Standard – Uses the standard length shock cartridges and spring heights developed by BC Racing. This is the most common option to purchase and still allows for difference spring rate options both front and rear.
Extreme Drop – Uses custom tailored shock cartridges and spring heights per application to maximize lowering capabilities and inner shock clearance for aggressive wheel setups. This option is best suited for vehicles running wide wheels/tires, and/or an extremely low ride heights.

Bought it from heeltoe.

It's there default spring so am not sure.

I though the springs rates were more aggressive on the super down springs to help recoil quicker.
