Let's say, for all intent and purpose, that I enjoy my TSX in its stock state.
If I just wanted to add stopping power and not change the wheels, what's the best way to move forward?
I don't care for tuner-looks, lowered cars, cambering wheels, or anything like that. I just want my TSX to stop quicker.

A few suggestions- don't carry any more in the car than you need to, consider better tires to increase grip (but expect a reduction in tread life), and consider more aggressive brake pads (the stock ones are designed for low dust and low noise, not necessarily strong braking performance.)

Also, if you don't know the history or haven't flushed the brake system with new brake fluid in the past 2-3 years, do it, and while you're at it, you may want to consider braided steel brake lines. Upgrading brake systems only helps if you have the corresponding amount of grip, otherwise you'll find ABS kicking in sooner.
