will they fit a 2011 tsx with a mild drop and no fender roll w/o rubbing? will they take tpms?

I wouldn't know the exact specifics of what will or not as I do not own a CU2. But for a CL it would require a light roll to fit a meaty tire.

TPMS never had to deal with them so I wouldn't be able to tell you that either. I have mounted TPMS sensors on TE37's and RE30's so I wouldn't see how CE28's wouldn't be able to accept them.
