Backing out in a tiny parking lot, there's very little hope to see a 1 foot wall... and the result is above in the picture (rear bumper).

Looks like I'll be needing a new bumper.... any good/recommended body shops in GTA? This is acura TL 2005... I'm aware that this is TSX forum :) but I assume the same place that fixes TSX would be able to fix my TL.

Thanks in advance...

I hope you are not affiliated with them but isn't that the same shop that crashed the customer's Lambo?

Someone told me about that inclident and I thought he mentioned Velocity.

My dad has his fender done for NBP and they didn't even put pearl in the paint! I say stay away.
Im not affiliated with them no, but I had my whole body kit painted in PWP and it matched perfectly. They make sure you are happy with the color matching and if not they will re-do it. I have not had one complaint with any of their work they have done on my car.

Price to repaint the body kit?

For the last 4 years ive been getting all of my bodywork (and even maintenance) done at Street Performance. Richard is a great guy to deal with, and all of his work is covered by a lifetime warranty. If at any point there is a flaw in the workmanship of the body work/paint (cracks, flaking, etc) the work will be redone at no extra cost.

Prices are very very reasonable as well, and turnaround duration during this time of the year is excellent. Give them a shout and tell them Louis (with the TSX) referred you. Im sure other people here can vouch for their work as well.

Went to velocity to have my bumper repainted as it was scratched and though they did a good job on the bumper, they messed up my quarter panel (even though I didn't need work on the QP). They left some hazzy shit on my quarter panel that can't be taken off unless you repaint it. I didn't notice until a week later (my fault for not noticing since I got the car back in the middle of the night).

Second, when they did my bumper, they did not put the rear deflectors back on, which I also didn't notice until a co-worker pointed it out to me. They painted my Mugen grill all at the same time and did a good job on that, but the fact that they messed up on 2 other points leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You figured they would have had the decency to call back and say "Hey btw we forgot to put your rear deflectors back on, can you come back and get them?"

I know many members have had good experiences with them, but for me all it takes is one bad experience and a bad first impression. Next time I'm getting work done, I will check out Street Performance.

Don't mean to embarrass you but you haven't had full body work done by Velocity, only accessories Ben.
A bumper isn't an accessory for the car. A Spoiler/Lip may be considered accessories for the vehicle. Regardless, all "parts" I had painted matched perfectly. No problems with the results. I was satisfied.

Thanks for all the replies. Velocity shop is closed on the weekend =( and I stopped by Street Performance today and they were closed as well.

That being said, I think the picture looks worse than it actually is and I think I will be able to just push it out, fix crack, sand and paint...

Sorry you weren't able to get in touch with the guys at Street Performance. They are usually open on saturdays, but usually not past 1-2pm. Either that or they decided to take the long weekend off?

I just gave Richard a call to get two small pieces colour matched in PWP. Awesome price - thanks for providing his contact information Louis. The only problem is that he's really busy until next week, so he won't be able to paint until then. Me being as impatient as I am, I am still searching for a shop that does good work and can take these pieces in immediately.
