Brake lights not working

2005 TSX 6-speed

I have read through a bunch of posts, and have not been able to solve it yet. It seems like all of the necessary fuses are in tact. The VSA light is not on, the horn works, and if I hit the brakes while using cruise control, the cruise disengages. Any other potential solutions?

Bulbs...?
Not that I'm doubting your intelligence, but it's happened to my neighbour (twice!). First one bulb went out (normal)... then the other, and then for whatever reason the 3rd brake light went out very soon thereafter.

If cruise disengages like he says, the brake switch itself is fine, as the same signal is used for cruise disengagement as well as brake lights.
