Yes I have not forgotten that is very next on the list! Brake pedal gets very inconsistent.Bryce, for safety's sake I'd recommend getting some SS brake lines ASAP!
Nice build going! Do you have Insta? Wasn’t planning on wheels but I had saw a good deal, the car was on stock suspension and it looked funky so I needed coils, then camber kits. From there the rest followed haha. The TLS bushing was more a replacement from the Stock blown out one. I really didn’t feel a difference because the car was fully stock and I’m not a crazy expert on suspension. Not a noticeable difference like installing the rest of the stuff I have on the car. I am going to go spherical route when ready for next track day for more response on the steering and handling. Your son would love the tsx on track! I feel super safeI'll be right behind you. My TSX has 243k and in dire need of a suspension/chassis refresh. Fortune Auto coilovers on order, K-tuned UCAs, Progress rear sway, and every OEM rear bar with new bushings all on hand. Just need to figure out wheels. Tempted to go your route with silver RPF1s, but the Weds TC105Xs are real tempting. I've got to stay with a 17x8 wheel to be compliant with NASA H2 (Honda Challenge) regs. I've got an s2000 I've built for H1, but I'd like my son to have something to race as well.
Are the TL-S front bushings that much stiffer?
^ beat me to it. That’s also what I need as well. Will give this a try with the tl-s sway first. Thanks guys
I am coming from my S2000 that I used to track, so it won't be a completely new experience anyway. I do have some things that NEED to be addressed before I can track it. The bushings are all completely shot, as well as the brakes, so while I would rather have tracked it stock first, it honestly didn't feel save to be pushing it as it was/is. Things are on their way in, and I will begin working on it shortly. Love the progress on yours so far.Wow nice!I got them at coilover depot came only in a few days. track it stock so you could feel the cars difference in modifications. Thanks for following along by the way. I have some new stuff going in this weekend I haven’t posted yet so stay tuned! By any means I am no one to get track advice from I am still learning myself as I go along with the build. A great build thread I recommend Tony’s (@tr3flip) . That’s where I go to get good ideas.
