Ok so when I bought my tsx it came with a rbc manifold but it has the og mt and I want to know if I can put a rsx throttle body DBW on without any complications? Or if I do what would I have to go through?

RSX throttle body won’t work for TSX due to the throttle cable assembly. You can pretty much use any Honda DBW throttle body though.
