Is there any way possible way to have the fog lights turn on without having my HID's on? I know a lot of cars have this feature but does the tsx have it? N00b status over here.. thanks guise!

No. You have to mod the wiring. There's a thread on here telling how to do it. I've done it so I have my HID fogs independent of my low beams. It works!
You will have to go into your fuse relay, cut, and splice if you're okay with that.
