I really can't win.. this car is becoming quite the hassle for me.. .

So They repainted the roads.. and now I have paint all over my car.. the front, the sides, the wheel wells.. how do you get it off with out destroying the paint on the car?

None of the stuff up above will work. The only way to do it is to use a razor and then wet sand, and buff. Call a few detailers around your area and see what they can do. Also you can call the county and probably have them pay for it.

I had the same thing happen to me, but it was some kind of cement glue. I had a guy that specialized in removing paint, cement and all kinds of crud on paint. He didn't charge much and it looks like it was never there, it was pretty nasty too.

Try Goof Off

I have had success with Goof Off. It's a solvent for removing "anything". I have used it to remove garage door trim paint from my wife's cars (don't ask) without any ill effects to the car's paint. I don't know whether it will work on road paint, but it's worth a try before you start refinishing fenders.
