Sorry for the crappy quality pics, the cmaera on my phone sucks! so blurry and pixelated, bad colour







1 bottle of JDM "Clear Coat" liquid imported from japan
1 JDM BlueClay bar from 3M-Japan
2 JDM Microfibre, these aren't just regular micro fibre, these are professional optical grade micro fibre...Imported from japan like evrything else...

these pics were taken i believe weeks ago..but.. now it's no more :bawling: I brought my car to acura the day before yesterday, for warrenty on my crack rotors, but they ended up doing nothing about it, they made me pay them 60 bucks to give my car back to me, or else they would keep my car wtf even though they did nothing to the car! okay so i ask why is my car taking so long? they told me it getting detailed, :bs: when i fnally get my car after waiting so long they rip off my tips and the car was still wet and dirty, I had to go into the service garage my self to get my car from them because the mechanics didn't know how to put a tip back on WTF! After it dried, i went in complained, my whole car was scratched and swirled! it was horible, i've never seen my car that badly scratched from front to back! huge ass streaks, i'm so piised at richmond acura!

holy crap, did to go **** the service manager up? Go cause some trouble!!

that's why I don't like dealer doing anything to my car unless it is some manufacturer defects or recall... everytime the lady asks me if I want car wash, I always say "no". :)

Is Richmond Acura that bad??

I remeber it took them 2 weeks to fix my car.....and I was pissed..... and they didn't even help me clean the car!......now i am glad!

I think we should boycott Richmond Acura, seems like everyone has beef with them.I’ve been going to North shore Acura every since I got my car, I actually feel bad sometimes when I got pick up my car because they do such a good job but since it under warranty and stuff I don’t have to pay anything.

Plus if you check on there website, I think there sponsored or affiliated with the EL club and the RSX club and most of them bring their Acura there to be serviced.

Well.. it's hard to say i use to get good service from lot of the old staff, but most of them are gone, they were like short 7 people on staff and had no managers there that day, so they really behind... Every time you go it's a different experience, somtimes good somtimes bad, Ifeel sorry for the people in the front that have to get the crap for somone elses mistake











...also carefull what you say, i see the staff there surfing the forums...

for the labour they did to look at the car, basically they did nothing, so it's bs, but i can't get my car back unless i pay them! sucks!

So basically you paid $60 for them to off your wheel and inspect the rotor, and to put swirl marks are your car. What was there reason behind them not fixing your rotor?
This is actually the first I’ve heard of someone having to pay for suspected warranty work.

Was the crack bad enough to be seen without taking off the wheel or did actually have to take off the wheel and inspect it?
