Here's what happens when you get people BSing on the phone instead of driving. I have only had the car 5 weeks and I have come close to getting T-Boned by clowns on cell phones twice in that time. Today was my third encounter with a guy on a cell phone and he got me.

This time guy was behind me when in a red light on the phone BSing away. I had my left blinker on the whole time. I pulled out a few feet and let the other cars that have the right-of-way go by and BAM! He didn't even hang up right away. He chatted for a few another minute while I was checking things out on my car.

You know drunks think they drive better after a drink or two and cell phone junkies think they can drive just fine while on the phone. It's not true.

Yeah, I got the info, but no damage to me. It was enough to damage some things on the car but wasn't hard enough to hurt me. I'm just bummed out about the car and all the hassles that go with insurance companies and getting it fixed.

Anyone know who is the best body shop in san diego to repair my TSX? I want it back to as good as new.

i know how u feel man..i recently was involved in a fender better..but mine was more minor than yours..i wasnt injured but its just a pain in the ass..it hurts to see the baby get scratched up..and it truly is a pain in the ass to get it fixed, even if you dont have to shell out any $$$

I'd suggest you call the closest dealer and ask for shop recommendation. That will be where they send their cars.
Looks like you're gonna need a new bumper.

Yeah, you know when I see solmeone on cellphone behind me, i actually judge how engaged he/she in the conversation and if eyes strayed. If I deem he's not focused on the driving I actually get outta his way. Sometimes that means pull over and rejoin the traffic.

yup I do the same thing...if I see cars that are risk factors...I get outta the way. and after a truck spit a rock at my windshield...I won't drive behind any truck/suvs...gotta get infront of them too - can't see behind them anyways. Since I have a long freeway commute, I just try to get behind a car I think is going a good speed and tail him.

I agree, pocketkiller. I refuse to drive my tsx behind trucks/suv for the same reason.
