I didn't even know there were standard drag spots in NYC. :donno:

If you saw any of the TV reports, you might have noticed that the "undercover" people seemed to have special glee about getting down and being one of the racers in order to catch the guys. Methinks they enjoyed it quite a bit too much.

Lock them up too.
