CL9 = All TSX/Accord/Accord Euro = K24A
These are the major differences..while there are other more subtle differences such as the equipment available, accessories, trim level
For instance..in Canada, you only choose between 6MT or 5AT..not like in Europe where you have many different trims to choose from
the CL7 comes with the Euro R Kit where as we get a different body kit in North America..
So you get the idea..therez lots to list!
