I have a 05 tsx auto with Navi
Around 142k
I’ve had a CEL for a while thinking it was my 02 sensor until I replaced it and still had it on days after
I’ve recently checked it and got another code which is P0010

I searched it up and apparently it could either be my oil being dirty( which I’m soon to get an oil change cause it’s coming up)
Or the VVT solenoid and cables
My question would be which of the two VVT solenoids would I have to change?
I see both of these when I look them up

their both pricey but one is less then the other, what could be another cause or should I just get one of these and replace it?

I don't think there is such a thing as a 6-cylinder TSX engine.

I doubt your problem is dirty oil, unless you let it get really dirty which would be bad for a variety of reasons. Use Mobile-1 if you plan to keep the car for any length of time.

Phasor (timing) error should be the VVT solenoid, the one from autozone.

IIRC the other one is for variable valve lift, not variable timing.

Not 100% sure though, since the parts outlets mix up the terminology on those.
