Coilovers or Lowering Springs?

TSXClub,

I am interested in lowering my 05 TSX (30k miles).

Because I don't want to spend a lot of money on coilovers I was looking into just purchasing lowering springs. Can anyone please shed light on this subject regarding positives and negatives. Also, possibly provide a good set of lower springs from H2T.

However, IMO, Koni Yellow shocks w/ Eibach or Tein springs is the best bang for the buck you can get. ~$900 shipped w/ Ingalls rear camber kit... can't go wrong and will last forever
