what's that? I've live and die by 5 hours of sleep nightly! I'm usually just getting to sleep at 1:00 AM and waking at 6:00 AM. It's just the way I roll I guess.
You'll do pretty well then. I can survive long stretches on 5-6 hrs a night or less, but it's getting harder as I age, what, I'm a whopping 35 now!
Sometimes less sleep over a long period of time can sharpen my edge.
The trouble is, sleep now comes in 1-3 hour stints, with 1/2-2 hour breaks in between. I'm getting used to it, thankfully. I head back to work tomorrow.
