I recently changed the VCG and accidentally left the circled hose a bit loose. When i started the car, coolant started dripping through there.
A friend told me this could be a early sign of a blown head gasket. Want to make sure he’s right. Thanks in advance

There should not be any coolant in that line under normal circumstances. If there is any coolant then it had to get through the block (crack/gasket) or it was put into your valve cover for whatever reason. So your friend is giving you good advice. I would have it professionally checked asap for verification and to avoid a possible bad situation getting very, very bad and stranding you somewhere.

Have you noticed any coolant loss previously? The reservoir is pretty small on these cars.

I assume you're certain it's coolant and not condensation?

Also, there is actually a coolant line going to the throttle body (for warmup) which is just downstream on the intake. I've never seen the TB dissaessembled but it might be possible for a leak there to contaminate the upstream intake, although that would be going against the airflow.

But most likely what Litespeed said.
