I found an application chart that says only to use 5w-30 (like it says on the cap). But after I left I see the windshield sticker says 5w-20 even after I told them to use 5w-30. Any harm in using 5w-20 on an 04?

It's not a big deal, most newer cars use 5w20 these days because of fuel efficiency, I would just change it back out to 5W30 the next oil change.

You'll be fine, I accidentally put 5-20 in my car and didn't notice any difference. I switched back next change to 5-30 and it still drives the same.

Doesn't really make a difference unless its full synthetic
