I feel like the tail lights make the 2nd Gen look a little dated and I was wondering if the ILX tail lights fit. They look like they could but I was wondering if anyone could confirm.

If anyone has any mods they’d recommend to help look the car less dated I’d love to know what I could do.

Just like Sam said. They are not one bit identical in shape honestly.
Even if they were, wiring harness to make it work would be the next problem.
If you wanted LED like that, maybe look into aftermarket assemblies or change out your bulbs for LEDs but look into how canbus is like on TSXs as well.
