Has anyone tried using different k24 starters on their car?

I looked up CRV and Element starters and they are a good bit cheaper then TSX starters, and spec for spec they appear to be the same. I don't think k20 starters will work as they are a lesser KW.

The mounting bracket does look like its at a different angle.
I tried searching this up if anyone used different ones like from an Accord too, and I couldn't come up with anything.


I see a lot of people now having electrical issues and might be a good interest to look into to try to help people save money.

I would check with some of the guys parting out tSX first.

i bought my starter at o reilly cost like 200 bucks and u give them ur old one then u get like 30$ off..

go look up on ebay..they have lots of parts for low prices
