Door Chime, Intermittant Odometer

Got a bit of an odd one. For the past few months my door chime seems to be inconsistent when cool/cold, but when it's warm the door chime is normal (4 short beeps followed by a pause). Now the past week, my odometer / trip gauge seems to be intermittent when cool/cold, but normal when starting/running on warm afternoons. Note the battery seems good and the car is not slow to crank. I've got 12.2V when off, and 14.2V when on. While the odometer isn't adding up mileage, the speedometer and all other gauges seem to be working fine, and I've got no check engine light. I can't 100% say it's temperature, but the door chime definitely seems to follow a cabin temperature pattern of cool mornings vs warm afternoons.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be. Someone on another forum mentioned checking the ICU (behind the interior fuse box).

Thanks,
Chris
