i bought a trunk lip that i find on ebay....and i phone them and ask for a 3series (BMW) trunk lip which can also fit on TSX....

and he said okay...they got them.....46inches.....or sth...i forgot...

but they end up mail me a C class (BENZ) trunp lip


i asked them to exchange....and they said it's not a email or ebay bid products.....he said i hv no prove about i want a 3 series SO...NO EXCHANGE.....i end up hv a c class trunk lip sitting in my bedroom......

as i search on ebay....it's said trunk lip for XXX(car) .....then they provided a web site of their company........so i search their phone number from the web site...then i order by phone......

Indeed, I'd dispute the charges should they feel the need to rip you off. Unless you sent them a direct deposit or bank cheque. It should be fairly straight forward having a requested chargeback from the merchant.

yes, do what others said. Phone credit card company, tell them the story and see if they can help.

And don't forget to write a negative comment for the seller on ebay so they can not continue to scam people with that account.
