I am going to buy a tsx manual engine harness for my project coverting my AT accord to 6MT with tsx manual tranny and tsx engine harness, I am not sure the instllation details of the harness, will tsx harness fit accord chassis and harness brackets well, do I need any modifications?

From ebay picture I found the 2 engine harness look different on physical looking, but I am sure they have same pinouts on ecu connectors.

Yes, it will fit. I am installing/changing engine harness too, due to broken cable. (A/T for A/T) The only sensor/plug that the tsx harness has, that you/we don't is for the EVAP (Engine Vent A.....(??) Pressure) The tsx's have this for emissions, we do not need this. If you need ECU Pins for anything, Xenochrome has them, 10 for $10. I believe, but am not 100% sure, that these pins fit in the DLC/OBD (F) plug aswell, but please do not quote me there...

Harness as is: (OEM A/T Harness from OEMACURAPARTS.Com)

Added 1 Cable to ECU connector "B", position 22 for O2 sensor signal (Black Cable):

Added "AMP Superseal" connector, as a QAD (Quick Attach/Deattach). They are available in 1-6 wire connectors, waterproof/non waterproof. A Crimp Pliers for the "Pins" is highly recommended:

Collection of Superseals and the Pliers:

If you buy the pliers: there are many brands, and every price class. From your 'cheap' ebay pliers (approx $20), to the top of the line, pro-line tools for $100's, up to $600!! I bought a mid-line, for approx $50, with 2 extra "adapters" for other crimp connectors.

Close-up of Pliers "N" needed for the Superseal Pins:

Adapter "B" for Pliers:

Adapter "C" for Pliers:

Took a closer look at the Harness, found this plug, that dosen't connect anywhere... if this is the difference between the A/T and M/T harnesses?? It would be, when installed, above the gearbox. I think maybe an extension goes to the gbx, though, on the A/T (Engine) harness, not a single wire goes to the GBX, with all it's Solenoids etc..hrmpf!

I finally got the harness installed. There was only one plug that I had to change.. difference between EUDM and USDM i imagine.
Here a quick ink to an album i threw them in.. most have a title/description. Ask questions if you like. Oh, and there re atleast 7 plugs that go into the (a/t) gbx.. my bad..

Man i know this is super old. But i just finished swapping out my 6mt for an accord 5mt cause 6mt are IMO garbage for a couple reasons. Aside from that. I am trying to search everywhere i can to understand what the mystery plug is here!? Its above my transmission with no 2 pin sensor in sight.
