I recently bought the flashpro! I have a 2006 so I got the adapter, but I'm having a helluva time reaching the connector in the glovebox. According to the instructions it's way up inside the dash towards the left side once the glovebox is removed. I'm also having trouble pulling out the obd ii connector once I free up the clips. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so any tips on getting the harness installed? I have an appointment this coming Friday to have my new ecu installed and am worried I'll have to postpone if I don't have the adapter in place.

Obd connecter pushes out. Youre probably trying to pull.
Sorry, I meant that once I get the obd ii connector free from the metal bracket I can't get it out far enough to access the back to open up the connector to plug in the wires. I pushed the connector free from the metal bracket but after that there just isn't enough slack.

Finally got the adapter cable hooked up to the connector in the glove box... As mentioned above... What a PITA! Now onto the obd ii connector. Ugh... I just keep reminding myself: it will be worth all the aggravation!

How did you even reach it? It seems really awkward and im having a hard time reaching it so I can even try to get the tape off. Did you have to unconnected it?

I just hate that the pics in the instructions make it seem like these connectors are easy to reach and that they have enough slack to pull right out. I understand that hondata needed to get them out for the pics and I'm grateful for them. But, damn! How about a little heads up that it's gonna be a pain!!! Haha!!!
