no its actually garage door bottom sealer lol. used double sided tape to form it to the bumper and then put screws with washer under it to secure it better.

I like how the bottom of the HD liner remains relatively horizontal. I am assuming you secured the HD liner at the center of the ASPEC lip via the HD liner's upper edge, while the sides are secured to your ASPEC lip via the vertical center/middle of the HD liner.
