It's had time frames where it goes down but mostly it's up and running. And it beats paying for it!

Yeah, sorry about that. Since my original posting, it looks like who ever ran the site decided to take it down for good. It was pretty popular over at Drive Accord forums and we used to keep each other informed on when the site would go down temporarily then come back up. But it hasn't been back up now for months and I think it's dead.neither of these work
