After selling my car a few weeks ago, I am selling my winter wheel and tire set. Perfect for these snow storms we've been experiencing lately. Located in northern NJ, near NYC.
Specifications:
- Wheels:
- Black steel wheels
- 16" diameter
- 6.5" width
- Tires:
- General Tire Altimax Arctic 12
- 215/60/R16
- Snow rated
- Directional tire
- 85%+ tread depth
- <5000 miles on them (according to my logs)
- Was fitted on my:
- 2005 TSX
Why I chose this combination:
- A wheel/tire set that is thinner in width will cut through the snow better
- A wheel/tire set that is smaller in diameter will have more torque available at the wheel in case you get stuck (but still needs to clear the brake rotors!)
- A larger sidewall will better absorb nasty winter pot holes
Fairly priced @ $250
If you have any questions please let me know
Thanks!
