I installed a grams TB and performed the relearn procedure and about 2 months later I got the P1683 code. I remove the negative terminal and performed the relearn procedure and within a week the code is back. I have done this 4 times.

The code reader (Innova) still shows the code after removing the negative. The car is 2012 with 96k on it if that means anything.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue. It was all about the tuning and finding the place for idle and 0 throttle.
