I bought a Japanese/European Honda grill but found out that I needed a Japanese/European Spec front bumper for prefect fitment.

I wish I had an 06-08 then I wouldn't have that problem.

Understood...but that's hard enough to find here in the US. If people in other countries are swapping Honda for Acura, why not try? Seems to be a better chance that way.
